East Perthshire shines berry bright at Visit Scotland Expo 16

on .

We were very proud to see that an image of our Chair Bob Ellis presenting VisitScotland Chair Malcolm Roughead with a tie made from the Berries & Cherries tartan created by our local weaver Ashleigh Slater of warpweftstudio (warpweftweavestudio.co.uk) and made up by local kiltmakers Piob Mhor (piobmhor-of-scotland.co.uk) featured in this VisitScotland eupdate on the event.

You can also just see in the background the corracle made by Piotr from Outdoor Explore (www.outdoorexplore.org.uk) working with Special Branch baskets (specialbranchbaskets.com)

All in all a wonderful, collaborative effort, and lovely to see it receiving coverage throughout Scotland. Click on link for more....
